At St Michael's, we aim to serve healthy, nutritious and tasty food in a safe, modern environment.
The importance of healthy eating is revisited throughout the curriculum, and we provide a varied range of items at morning break and lunchtime.
Our main dining room caters for the majority of the school population. A smaller, recently refurbished year 11 canteen and a further outdoor area also serves food daily. Pupils may also bring their own packed lunch.
All the food service areas operate a cashless system, with your child entering their own 4 digit code at the point of sale to record meal purchases. To top up your child's lunch money account, log on to Schoolgateway, or download the app - for iOS or Android users.

provide catering services for over 150 schools in the North of England.
